- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup cooked bacon, chopped
- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
