Flaky puff pastry stuffed with a savory breakfast filling, perfect for a quick morning meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out puff pastry and cut into rectangles.
  3. In a pan, melt butter and sauté onions and bell peppers until soft.
  4. Whisk eggs, cook scrambled, then mix with bacon, cheese, and sautéed veggies.
  5. Spoon filling onto half of each pastry rectangle, fold, and seal edges.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm.
