A quick and delicious breakfast sandwich made with croissants, eggs, cheese, and your choice of toppings.

Ingredients

  • 2 croissants
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 slices of cheese
  • 2 slices of ham or bacon (optional)
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Slice the croissants in half horizontally.
  2. Heat a pan over medium heat and melt the butter.
  3. Cook the eggs to your preference (scrambled or fried).
  4. If using ham or bacon, cook it in the same pan.
  5. Place a slice of cheese on the bottom half of each croissant.
  6. Add the cooked eggs and meat on top of the cheese.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Close the sandwiches with the top halves of the croissants.
  9. Serve warm.

Notes

  • You can add vegetables like spinach or tomatoes for extra flavor.
  • Use any type of cheese you prefer.
  • For a crispier sandwich, toast the croissants lightly before assembling.
