A quick and healthy breakfast option combining sweet blueberries with melted cheese in a crispy tortilla.

Ingredients

  • 1 large flour tortilla
  • 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon butter

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Spread butter on one side of the tortilla.
  3. Place the tortilla butter-side down in the skillet.
  4. Sprinkle cheese evenly over half of the tortilla.
  5. Add blueberries on top of the cheese.
  6. Drizzle honey over the blueberries.
  7. Fold the tortilla in half and press gently.
  8. Cook for 2 minutes per side until golden brown.
  9. Slice and serve warm.

  • Swap cheddar with mozzarella for a milder taste.
