A quick and nutritious smoothie packed with blueberries, bananas, and oats for a filling breakfast or snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add blueberries, banana, oats, milk, honey, and vanilla extract to a blender.
  2. Blend on high until smooth, about 1 minute.
  3. If using ice, add it and blend again for 30 seconds.
  4. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use frozen blueberries for a thicker texture.
  • Adjust sweetness with more or less honey.
  • For a creamier smoothie, use Greek yogurt instead of milk.
