  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mash bananas in a bowl.
  3. Add oats, honey, almond butter, vanilla, and cinnamon. Mix well.
  4. Fold in chopped nuts if using.
  5. Press mixture into a lined baking dish.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden.
