A savory breakfast tart with crispy prosciutto and eggs baked in a flaky crust.

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 4 slices prosciutto
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Roll out puff pastry and cut into four squares.
  3. Place prosciutto slices on each pastry square.
  4. Crack one egg onto each prosciutto-topped pastry.
  5. Sprinkle with Parmesan, pepper, and thyme.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes until eggs are set.

Notes
