- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 10 small flour tortillas
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Mix chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Spoon filling onto tortillas and roll tightly.
- Place taquitos seam-side down on a baking sheet.
- Brush with olive oil.
