Baked Brie with Garlic and Fresh Herbs

A simple and delicious baked brie topped with garlic and fresh herbs.

Ingredients

  • 1 wheel of brie cheese (8 oz)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Crackers or bread for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place the brie wheel on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, and olive oil.
  4. Spread the herb mixture evenly over the top of the brie.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is soft and slightly melted.
  6. Serve warm with crackers or bread.

Notes

  • Let the brie sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before baking for even melting.
  • You can add honey or nuts for extra flavor.
  • Use a sharp knife to cut the brie easily.
