- 1 wheel of brie cheese (8 oz)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Crackers or bread for serving
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the brie wheel on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix the minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, and olive oil.
- Spread the herb mixture evenly over the top of the brie.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is soft and slightly melted.
- Serve warm with crackers or bread.
