Ingredients

  • 1 wheel brie cheese (8 oz)
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 tbsp honey or jam (optional)
  • 1 tbsp chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Place brie in the center of the pastry.
  4. Fold pastry over the brie, sealing edges with egg wash.
  5. Brush the top with egg wash for a golden finish.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until puffed and golden.
