- 1 (8 ounce) can refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 apple, peeled, cored, and finely diced
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into 8 triangles.
- In a small bowl, combine the diced apple, sugar, and cinnamon.
- Place a spoonful of the apple mixture onto the wide end of each crescent roll triangle.
- Roll up each crescent from the wide end to the narrow end.
- Brush the tops of the crescents with melted butter.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let cool on a wire rack before serving.
Notes
- Granny Smith or Honeycrisp apples work well for this recipe.
- For extra sweetness, dust with powdered sugar after baking.
- These are best served warm.
