This recipe provides a simple and delicious way to cook a juicy turkey breast in an air fryer, perfect for a weeknight meal or a small gathering.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (2-3 pound) boneless, skinless turkey breast
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Rub the seasoning mixture all over the turkey breast, ensuring it’s evenly coated.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Place the seasoned turkey breast in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 30-40 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) is reached with a meat thermometer.
  7. Remove the turkey breast from the air fryer and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • Cooking times may vary depending on the size and thickness of your turkey breast and your air fryer model.
  • Always use a meat thermometer to ensure the turkey is cooked to a safe internal temperature.
  • Resting the turkey allows the juices to redistribute, resulting in a more tender and flavorful dish.
  • For extra crispy skin, increase the air fryer temperature to 400°F (200°C) for the last 5-7 minutes of cooking, if applicable.
