- 2 tbsp white miso paste
- 1 sheet nori (dried seaweed), cut into small pieces
- 1/2 cup tofu, cubed
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp dashi powder (optional)
- Heat water in a pot over medium heat until hot but not boiling.
- Add miso paste and stir until fully dissolved.
- Add tofu, nori, and dashi powder if using. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
